About the Founder

"Mr. John Mathew worked as a Principal for many International Schools and currently serves as an examiner in English Language and Literature and Theory of Knowledge for the International Baccalaureate. Mr. Mathew is a passionate educator who began his career in 1993 and spent the last 30+ years of his life as an educator and school administrator working with diverse School systems and curricula. Although he began his career as a primary teacher specializing in English language instruction, very soon he was promoted further, thanks to his administrative acumen, leadership skills, and familiarity with modern teaching practices. Mr. Mathew worked with major education boards like CBSE(India), Cambridge International Examination Board, Pearson Education, International Baccalaureate, and steered many schools through the accreditation process.He is a career counselor par excellence and counseled hundreds of students from various countries.

In his long career in education, he has seen a wide gap in the students’ learning outcome and achievement level in a typical classroom setting. In this context he has launched Edexeed Education, a premier online tutoring and counseling company in order to provide personalized educational services to needy students. He invites like minded educators, Schools and students to collaborate with him in this initiative.
