Cancellation and refund policy
We at Edexeed try to cater to the request for
rescheduling the classes in the following scenarios.
1. In the event of sickness or serious inconveniences
on the part of the students or the family members
2. If there is an unavoidable reason or serious
sickness on the part of the tutor to schedule the class during the time
requested by the student or the parent
3. In the case of serious natural calamity or political
instability which disrupts travel and other public life
The rescheduled class will be further scheduled in mutual agreement with the student and parent taking into consideration of the time availability for both the tutors and the student
Refund Policy
In the event, that the tutor is not able to cater to the
tutoring requirement, the company will replace the tutor with another
professionally qualified tutor.
If the class cannot be rescheduled, or another
professional tutor can’t be employed, the fees paid for that session will be
carried over to the next session. I the canceled session is the last session
for the students which couldn’t be rescheduled and there are no other classes
or courses for the student with Edexeed, the amount pending with Edexeed will
be refunded through the same account mechanism through which the amount has
been credited to the company. The refund process will take place within 3
working days and in case the refund hasn’t been credited even after 5 working
days, the aggrieved party can approach the company with documentary evidence
used for requesting the refund.
